Ask your own question
01What services do you provide?+

We provide a wide range of services tailored to optimise value creation: strategic planning, process optimisation, performance management, digital transformation, and support across Strategy Outcomes, Data, Technology & Innovation, Supply Chain Management, Customer Centric, People & Change, Business Operations & Excellence and Control Management.

02How can I benefit from your services?+

Our work can help you unlock growth, streamline operations, enhance productivity and improve the bottom line. We begin by understanding what value means for your organisation, then connect the capabilities and changes needed to achieve it.

03Why choose Value Chain Management?+

We are committed to driving exceptional value and results through tailored solutions, senior-led engagements and deep sector expertise. Our professionals have built their careers at global consultancies, including Big Four firms.

04Which engagement models do you offer?+

You can work with VCM through a tailored solution, on-demand consultations or an ongoing engagement. The right model depends on your outcome, pace, internal capability and preferred way to budget.

05Is there a minimum term?+

General engagements run on 30 days’ notice. Subscription plans supersede this, with terms of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months agreed in advance. Tailored and on-demand work is agreed around the defined scope, requirements and outcomes.

06How does pricing work?+

Pricing can be based on time and materials, a fixed cost, an outcome-based structure or a combination. Subscription plans use a fixed monthly cost tied to agreed outcomes, with prices per month excluding VAT.

07What happens in the first session?+

We use the first conversation to understand your organisation, the outcome you want, the pressure points and the constraints around delivery. From there, we can recommend a practical next step or shape a proposal.

08Do you work with organisations at different stages?+

Yes. VCM works with ambitious organisations at a turning point, from focused capability questions through to complex transformation. The Subscription Plan makes ongoing senior support more accessible.
